RIIM 서비스 이용약관

제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 RIIM - Revival In International Mission(이하 "서비스")이 제공하는 인터넷 관련 서비스의 이용조건 및 절차, 회원과 서비스 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (정의)
1. "서비스"란 RIIM이 운영하는 웹사이트(riimagain.com)를 통해 제공하는 모든 온라인 콘텐츠 서비스를 말합니다.
2. "회원"이란 본 약관에 동의하고 회원가입을 완료한 자를 말합니다.
3. "콘텐츠"란 서비스에 게시된 글, 시, 칼럼, 이야기, 사진, 음악 등 모든 형태의 정보를 말합니다.
제3조 (회원가입)
1. 회원가입은 이용자가 본 약관에 동의한 후 회원정보를 기입하여 신청합니다.
2. 소셜 로그인(Google, 카카오 등)을 통한 가입도 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
제4조 (서비스의 제공)
서비스는 다음의 기능을 제공합니다:
1. 콘텐츠 열람 (스크롤 모드, 리더 모드)
2. 댓글 작성 및 소통
3. 하이라이트 및 메모 기능
4. 다국어 번역 기능
제5조 (회원의 의무)
1. 회원은 타인의 개인정보를 침해하거나 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
2. 회원은 서비스에 게시하는 콘텐츠에 대한 법적 책임을 부담합니다.
3. 회원은 자신의 계정 정보를 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있습니다.
제6조 (저작권)
서비스에 게시된 콘텐츠의 저작권은 원저작자에게 있으며, 무단 복제·배포를 금지합니다. 회원이 작성한 댓글 및 메모의 저작권은 해당 회원에게 귀속됩니다.
제7조 (면책조항)
1. 서비스는 천재지변, 시스템 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
2. 서비스는 회원 간의 분쟁에 대해 개입하지 않으며 이에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제8조 (약관의 변경)
서비스는 필요한 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 서비스 내 공지를 통해 효력이 발생합니다.
RIIM Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the internet services provided by RIIM - Revival In International Mission (hereinafter "Service"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between members and the Service.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "Service" refers to all online content services provided through the website operated by RIIM (riimagain.com).
2. "Member" refers to a person who has agreed to these Terms and completed the registration process.
3. "Content" refers to all forms of information posted on the Service, including articles, poems, columns, stories, photos, and music.
Article 3 (Registration)
1. Registration is completed when a user agrees to these Terms and submits the required information.
2. Registration through social login (Google, Kakao, etc.) is also considered agreement to these Terms.
Article 4 (Services Provided)
The Service provides the following features:
1. Content viewing (Scroll mode, Reader mode)
2. Comments and communication
3. Highlighting and note-taking
4. Multilingual translation
Article 5 (Member Obligations)
1. Members must not infringe on others' personal information or interfere with Service operations.
2. Members bear legal responsibility for content they post on the Service.
3. Members are responsible for safely managing their account information.
Article 6 (Copyright)
Copyright of content posted on the Service belongs to the original author. Unauthorized reproduction and distribution are prohibited. Copyright of comments and notes written by members belongs to the respective member.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
1. The Service is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures.
2. The Service does not intervene in disputes between members and bears no responsibility for such disputes.
Article 8 (Changes to Terms)
The Service may modify these Terms when necessary. Modified Terms take effect upon notification within the Service.

RIIM 개인정보처리방침

RIIM(이하 "서비스")은 회원의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 개인정보보호법 등 관련 법규를 준수합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
필수항목: 이메일 주소, 비밀번호(암호화 저장)
선택항목: 사용자명(닉네임)
소셜 로그인 시: 이메일 주소, 이름, 프로필 사진(해당 플랫폼 제공 범위 내)
2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적
1. 회원 식별 및 인증
2. 서비스 제공 (댓글, 하이라이트, 메모 등)
3. 서비스 개선 및 통계 분석
4. 공지사항 및 서비스 관련 안내
3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간
회원 탈퇴 시까지 보유하며, 탈퇴 후 즉시 파기합니다.
단, 관련 법령에 의해 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
서비스는 원칙적으로 회원의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 법령에 의한 요청이 있는 경우에 한하여 제공할 수 있습니다.
5. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
1. 비밀번호는 SHA-256 알고리즘으로 암호화하여 저장합니다.
2. 개인정보에 대한 접근 권한을 최소화합니다.
3. SSL/TLS를 통한 데이터 전송 암호화를 적용합니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
1. 회원은 언제든지 자신의 개인정보를 조회·수정할 수 있습니다.
2. 회원은 언제든지 회원 탈퇴를 요청하여 개인정보 삭제를 요구할 수 있습니다.
3. 개인정보 관련 문의는 서비스 관리자에게 연락해주시기 바랍니다.
7. 쿠키(Cookie)의 사용

3. Retention Period
Personal information is retained until account deletion. Upon withdrawal, data is destroyed immediately.

The Service does not provide members' personal information to third parties in principle. Information may be disclosed only when required by law.
5. Security Measures
